Batey most recently served as executive vice president and president of North America for General Motors, as well as the global brand chief for Chevrolet, a division of GM. As a member of the senior leadership team, he was responsible for the company’s largest and most profitable region with over $100 billion in revenue and more than 100,000 employees. His career spans more than 39 years with GM where he held various senior management positions in operations, marketing and sales around the world.
