– CANADA, Toronto – Silver Bear Resources Plc (TSX:SBR) today announced the appointment of Vadim Ilchuk as President and Chief Executive Officer to lead the Company through its next phase as a silver producer.
Mr. Ilchuk succeeds Mr. Graham Hill who has announced his resignation from the Company to pursue other opportunities. In addition, Mr. Hill has resigned his seat on the Board of Directors and Mr. Ilchuk has been appointed to the Board effective November 14, 2018.
With the support of the Company’s strong finance team, Mr. Ilchuk will also act as Interim Chief Financial Officer during the search for his replacement.
