– AUSTRIA, Vienna – RHI Magnesita N.V. (LON:RHIM) today announced that Fiona Paulus and Janet Ashdown have accepted their nomination to the Board as independent Non-Executive Directors. As of the beginning of December, the Company will be benefitting from their valuable expertise and experience. Janet will chair the Corporate Sustainability Committee, which Fiona will join.

Fiona Paulus has over 37 years’ investment banking experience, having held senior roles with a number of international investment banks based in London, Europe and Latin America. Since January 2018, Fiona has been Managing Director at Redcliffe Advice, an investing and consulting business.

Janet Ashdown had a distinguished career working for BP plc for over 30 years, holding a number of international positions. Until the end of 2012, Janet was Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Energy Ltd. Janet also has a wide range of board and committee experience as a non-executive director. These include the UK’s Nuclear Decommissioning Authority SIG plc, Victrex plc and Marshalls plc, where she is Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
