– UK, London – The Restaurant Group plc (LON: RTN) today announced the appointment of Helen Keays to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1st June 2023.

She brings nearly 20 years of experience as a Non-Executive Director in the Food and Hospitality Sector as well as other consumer industries. Helen has extensive marketing and corporate strategy experience, and I and the rest of the Board are all looking forward to working with her.” said Board Chairman, Ken Hanna.
Helen Keays will also join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
About Helen Keays
Helen Keays is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at soft drinks manufacturer Nichols plc. Until August 2020 was Senior Independent Director at Domino’s Pizza Group plc. Until June 2018, she was a Non-Executive Director at Communisis plc.
She has previously held non-executive roles at several quoted and privately held companies, including Majestic Wine plc and the former Chrysalis Group. Before her lengthy non-executive career, she was marketing director at Sears Financial Services and customer management director at Vodafone.
