Plethora Solutions appoints Anthony Baillieu to the Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Chalgrove – Plethora Solutions Holdings plc (AIM: PLE) announces that Mr Anthony Baillieu has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and Mike Collis, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Board on 31 May 2015 to pursue other opportunities.

Colin Kunz has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer to the Company but will not fulfil a Board position. Colin is an MBA qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as a Finance Director in both private and AIM quoted companies. In the past 7 years Colin has served as Finance Director to Rhead Group, Benson Group and Mediwatch plc (a formerly AIM quoted company). Mike Collis will work with Colin to effect an orderly handover and will continue to work with the Company on a consultancy basis from 1 June 2015.

Anthony has had a long career in insurance, stock broking and asset management in the UK and internationally. Before its sale in 1991 Anthony was a partner of Roach Tilley Grice, an Australian stockbroking firm, with responsibilities for Asia and the Middle East. In 1992 he established Anthony Baillieu and Associates (Hong Kong) Ltd, a specialist financial services recruitment company.
