– USA, TX – Plains GP Holdings (NYSE:PAGP) today announced that Alexandra Pruner has been appointed to serve as an independent member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of PAGP Holdings LLC. The GP Holdings Board has responsibility for managing the business and affairs of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA) and PAGP.
