NetDespatch appoints Kelvin Harrison as Chairman

MARLOW, England – Technology business entrepreneur Kelvin Harrison has been appointed Chairman of NetDespatch, the Marlow-based Software as a Service (SaaS) provider. NetDespatch is a leading supplier of web-based integration solutions for customers of postal and parcel carriers.

Harrison is a Chartered Engineer with experience as CEO and Chairman of several private and quoted innovative businesses across technology, media and telecommunications. He is a non-executive Director of UBC Media Group plc, Jee Ltd, TotalSoft sa and Warwick Ventures Ltd. Harrison’s experience goes from start up through to exit by trade sale and flotation and embraces fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals.

NetDespatch has made substantial investment over ten years to develop a world class cloud-based platform that already handles millions of transactions every month on behalf of retailers and manufacturers in the UK and overseas. Harrison has been appointed to oversee expansion of the business globally and will be seeking partnerships and investment opportunities internationally.
