Nautilus welcomes Ruby Sharma to its Board of Directors

– USA, WA –  Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS), a leader in personalized, connected home fitness, today announced the appointment of Ruby Sharma to its Board of Directors, effective May 18, 2022.

Concurrently, the company also announced that Richard Horn and Marvin Siegert will be retiring from the Board as of the next AGM, scheduled for August 2, 2022.

She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales) and holds a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University, India. Sharma also attended the Executive Education program for EY Partners at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
