Motorpoint Group appoints Adele Cooper to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Derby –  Motorpoint Group PLC (LON: MOTR), the UK’s largest independent vehicle retailer, today announced the appointment of Adele Cooper as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

“I am delighted to welcome Adele to the Board of Motorpoint as a Non-Executive Director. Adele’s experience working for some of the world’s largest technology companies in a variety of digital and marketing roles will be invaluable to Motorpoint as we continue to develop our online customer proposition,” said Mark Morris, Non-Executive Chairman.

About Adele Cooper

Adele has extensive marketing and senior leadership experience, having worked at some of the world’s leading technology companies, most recently as UK & Ireland Country Manager at Pinterest from June 2015 to December 2019. While at Pinterest, Adele was responsible for the UK and Ireland, overseeing strategic, commercial and operational management. Prior to this, Adele spent five years at Facebook where she led the global relationship on a leading FMCG company’s Facebook and Instagram programme. Before this, Adele spent five years at Google, initially in the UK and latterly in California, across a variety of marketing and operational roles.

Adele earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in History from Stanford University.
