– UK, London – Metals Exploration PLC (LON:MTL) today announced the appointment of Andrew Stancliffe as a non-executive director effective immediately.
Mr Stancliffe has been nominated as a director by MTL Sarl Pte Ltd in accordance with the Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement which completed on 5 April 2011, and a deed of adherence signed by MTL Sarl Pte Ltd dated 27 August 2014.
Mr Stancliffe’s appointment is in replacement to Lucian Eduardo Simovici, MTL Luxembourg’s previous nominated director, whose resignation is effective immediately. Mr Simovici has been a valued member of the board since his appointment on 19 January 2015. The board would like to express its appreciation to him for his contribution over the last 4 years and wishes him all the very best in his future endeavours.
Mr Stancliffe is currently a director of Capital Financial Markets Limited. He holds no shares, warrants, options or any other financial instruments in the Company.
