– USA, ND – MDU Resources Group, Inc. (NYSE: MDU) today announced the appointment of Darrel Anderson to its board of directors.
Darrel Anderson will also join the Compensation Committee and the Environmental and Sustainability Committee.
About Darrel T. Anderson
Darrel Anderson previously was the president and CEO of IDACORP and Idaho Power Company, an integrated electric utility serving customers in Idaho and Oregon. Anderson first joined Idaho Power in 1996 and held positions of increasing authority, including executive vice president of administrative services and CFO. He served as president and CEO from 2014 until he retired in 2020.
Darrel Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Oregon State University and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program.
