– CANADA, Toronto – Matachewan Consolidated Mines Limited (TSX-V:MCM.A) today announced that Douglas Bolton has been appointed a Director of the Company. In his role as Director Mr. Bolton will also serve as member and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Bolton is a practicing Chartered Professional Accountant with over 40 years of public accounting experience. During his career he served as the auditor for the company plus the auditor of several reporting issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange primarily focused on the junior resource sector.
Mr. Bolton provides management consulting services to small and medium sized private companies and is currently a director and CFO for Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. and has, until recently, served as CFO for Adex Mining Inc. and Alabama Graphite Corp.
