– FRANCE, Rueil-Malmaison – Lucibel (EPA: ALUCI) today announced that its Board of Directors held on July 9, 2020, appointed Yves-Henry Brepson as CEO.
Frédéric Granotier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lucibel, remains directly in charge of Finance and Communication, as well as Innovation management. He also remains, directly and through his holding company Etoile Finance, a major shareholder of Lucibel, with more than 11% of the capital.

Yves-Henry Brepson will be able to rely on a strong and experienced management team to steer strategy, business development and operations.
About Yves-Henry Brepson
Yves-Henry Brepson joined the Lucibel Group in January 2017 as COO. Prior to Lucibel, Yves-Henry Brepson held various business development positions in France and abroad, notably within the Steelcase and Holophane groups. Between 2013 and 2016, he was Managing Director and then Chairman and CEO of ABL Lights, a French manufacturer of lighting for special-purpose vehicles and railways.
He is a graduate of EM Strasbourg Business School and Luiss Business School (Rome).
Since joining the Lucibel Group three years ago, Yves-Henry Brepson has been in charge of the management and development of the Barentin (Normandy) industrial site. He also co-managed the Group’s restructuring plan with Frédéric Granotier, which was completed in early 2020.
