– SWITZERLAND, Lausanne / USA, CA – Logitech International (SIX: LOGN / Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced the nominations of Don Allan and Owen Mahoney for their elections to its Board of Directors as new members at AGM on September 4, 2024, alongside new CEO Hanneke Faber to join the Board.
Donald Allan is president and CEO of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and Owen Mahoney is former president, CEO, and representative director of Nexon Co., Ltd.
Additionally, Patrick Aebischer will leave the board when his current term ends this fall.
Board Chair Wendy Becker also informed she will not stand for reelection at the 2025 AGM.
