About Davina Walter
Mrs. Walter is currently engaged as an investment consultant having started her career at Cazenove & Co where she spent more than 11 years involved in US equity research. She spent over 16 years as an investment manager of US equity portfolios, most recently as a Managing Director at Deutsche Asset Management. She has been actively involved with investment trusts since 1985 and is currently Chairman and a director of Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust plc.

Mr. Steve Bates is currently serving as Director and Chief Investment Officer of GuardCap Asset Management Limited and is also a Director of GuardCap UCITS plc and Biotech Growth Trust plc. He has served as the head of emerging markets at JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, a business he established for predecessor organization in 1990. Steve is non-executive Chairman of Vinacapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited and of Third Point Offshore Investors Limited.
