– JERSEY, St Helier – Jersey Electricity PLC (LON:JEL), today announced that Geoffrey Grime will be retiring from its Board following the AGM on 28th February, 2019, and that Phil Austin, currently a Board member, will take over as Chairman.
A search process is currently underway for a new Non-Executive Director.
