– UK, London – Impax Environmental Markets plc (LON: IEM) today announced the appointment of Guy Walker to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 17 May 2023.
About Guy Walker
Guy Walker is the senior independent director at JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc, joining, them in 2021. He was previously MD of UK & European Equities at UBS Asset Management and before that, he held various roles at Schroder Investment Management, including as non-executive director of Schroder Pension Trustee Limited, global head of ESG investment,t and head of equity research. He helped to set up the Investor Forum in 2014 and still acts as a senior adviser to it.
Guy Walker holds an MBA from the London Business School, an MA in Finance and Investment, and a BSc in Engineering Science from the University of Exeter.
