Hogg Robinson Group announces Ashley Hubka to its Board as upcoming Non-Executive Director

– UK, Basingstoke – Hogg Robinson Group plc (LSE:HRG), the international corporate services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Hubka as a new Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2016. Ms Hubka will also be appointed as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.

Ms Hubka is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Cimpress N.V. (Nasdaq: CMPR). Prior to joining Cimpress in 2011, Ms Hubka was a partner at Oliver Wyman. She previously held consulting roles at Mercer Management Consulting and The World Bank, and was a director of the U.S.-India Business Council. She has a B.A. in Philosophy from Harvard University and an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.

Commenting on Ashley Hubka’s appointment, Nigel Northridge, Chairman of the Company, commented: “Ashley brings extensive and relevant experience to the Board, with particular knowledge in the field of online software development, and I am delighted to welcome her as a Non-Executive Director.”
