– UK, London – Henderson Opportunities Trust plc (LSE:HOT) today announced the appointment of Wendy Colquhoun as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2018.
Wendy is a partner at international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. She has advised investment trust boards for over 25 years on advisory and transactional matters. Wendy has previously held positions at Dickson Minto and Linklaters. She is a Trustee of the Stewart Ivory Financial Education Trust and a non-executive director of, and Chairman of the Risk and Governance Committee for, Scottish Financial Enterprise.
