– UK, Nottingham – Games Workshop Group PLC (LON: GAW) today announced the appointment of Elaine O’Donnell as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2021, taking over from Nick Donaldson who will be retiring from its role of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2021, and from the Board no later than the 2021 AGM.
Elaine has been an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2013. She has been the Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee since 2019 and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Games Workshop also announced that John Brewis will become Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2021. John has been an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2018. He has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee since 2019 and is a member of the Nomination and Audit and Risk Committees. He takes over as Senior Independent Director from Elaine O’Donnell.
