FBD Insurance adds Jean Sharp to its Board as Independent Director

– IRELAND, Dublin –  FBD Holdings plc (LON: FBH) and FBD Insurance plc today announced the addition of Jean Sharp to their respective Board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

About Jean Sharp

Ms. Sharp is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland and an experienced Financial Services Executive. Until December 2019 she was Chief Taxation Officer of Aviva and its predecessor companies, a role she had held since 1998. She is a former partner in Ernst & Young, a Big Four Accounting Firm.

Ms. Sharp is an independent non-executive director of Personal Assets Trust Plc which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.
