The company also announced that Alan Cohen and John Kedzierski stepped down from the Board on November 2, 2023.
About David Mounts Gonzales
David Mounts Gonzales led Inmar Intelligence, Inc., the leading provider of data-driven technology solutions for retail and healthcare, as CEO from 2010 to 2022. During his tenure, he transformed Inmar from a small business service company to a market-leading data platform and software business for nearly 20,000 retail and healthcare companies. Before joining Inmar, Mr. Mounts Gonzales served as EVP of Supply Chain for Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ) from October 2007 to April 2010 and CFO from 2005 to 2007. Before Domino’s, Mr. Mounts Gonzales held several positions of increasing seniority during his 23-year tenure at UPS (NYSE: UPS), which he joined in 1983. Mr. Mounts Gonzales holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. Mr. Mounts Gonzales previously served on the boards of Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc. from 2014 to 2019 and Inmar Intelligence, Inc. from 2010 to 2022 and was Chairman of the Board from 2014 to 2022.
About Dr. Rajan Naik
Dr. Naik has served as SVP of Strategy & Ventures, for Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI) since 2016. In his role, Mr. Naik is responsible for the corporate strategy organization, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital portfolio, and competitive and market intelligence. Before joining Motorola Solutions, Mr. Naik was SVP and CSO at Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD) from 2012 until 2015. Before that, he was a partner in the technology/media/telecom practice at McKinsey & Company from 2000 until 2012. Mr. Naik has served on the board of directors for CSG Systems International Inc. (NASDAQ: CSG) since August 2018.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Cornell University and a Doctorate in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
