– GUERNSEY, St Peter Port – Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited (LON: DNA3) today announced the appointment of Theresa Oldham to its Board as an independent, non-executive director.
“We are very pleased to welcome Theresa to our Board. She brings additional skills, particularly in Aircraft leasing, to our Board to ensure we have a broad range of experience,” said Board Chairman, Andreas Tautscher.
Ms. Oldham will also join the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Management Engagement Committee.
Ms. Oldham is a non-executive director with over 30 years of experience in aircraft finance and leasing. Having trained and spent her early career as a solicitor in the City of London, Theresa moved into the industry where she held several senior positions, most recently and until 2019, as Group Director of Aircraft Finance and Leasing for Thomas Cook Group plc where she was responsible for all related activities for the Group’s international fleet of aircraft.
Since 2020, Ms. Oldham has provided aviation consultancy services and maintains a practicing certificate as a solicitor in England and Wales.
