– UK – Arrow Global Group PLC announces today board changes.
Malcolm Jackson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a representative of the RBS Special Opportunities Fund (“RBS SOF”), has notified the Board of his resignation as a Director of the Company with effect from 25 November 2013.
Lindsey McMurray, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a representative of RBS SOF, will become a member of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Ian Gascoigne has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company to replace Malcolm Jackson as the second representative of RBS SOF with effect from 25 November 2013 and will also be a member of the Company’s Investment Committee.
