– UK, Chryston – Devro PLC (LON: DVO), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of collagen products for the food industry, today announced the appointment of Jeremy Burks as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 May 2020.
“I am delighted to welcome Jeremy to Devro’s Board of Directors. He brings extensive business leadership experience in international nutrition, health and speciality chemicals businesses and will add skills and insights that will be a valuable addition to support the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy,” said Steve Good, Board Chairman.
Jeremy will also become a member of the Audit Committee, the Executive Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee from that date.
