About Bill Phelps
Bill Phelps is a mentor and advisor to CEOs and their boards, leveraging his expertise in technology services gained over his 35+ year career, including more than 20 years leading global cyber and risk businesses for Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is also an active early-stage cyber investor as a partner and Investment Committee Member for Blu Ventures.
Bill Phelps retired in 2023, but before that, he spent seven years at Booz Allen, where he served as EVP and senior Partner, running the company’s global cyber and risk business. He also spent more than 25 years working at Accenture, finishing his career with the company as Global Managing Director of Accenture Security. Phelps co-founded the Virginia-based start-up SevenSpace, a pioneer in the nascent market for remotely delivered IT-managed services, in 2000. SevenSpace was acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2005.
