– UK, Essex – Countryside Properties PLC (LON:CSP) today announced the appointment of Simon Townsend as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2019.

He has worked in the pub and leisure industry for over 25 years in various sales, marketing, commercial and operational roles, previously with Whitbread PLC, Allied Domecq PLC, The Rank Group Plc and Marston, Thompson & Evershed PLC.
