– USA, FL – Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY) today announced the appointment of current Lead Independent Director Nancy Curtin as Board Chair, effective April 1, 2021, succeeding Executive Chairman Tom Barrack who will transition to Non-Executive Director effective April 1, 2021.
The company also announced the nomination of Sháka Rasheed for election to the Board at the upcoming 2021 AGM.
