Kathy currently serves on the board of directors at QAD Inc., Poly, and Calix, Inc., and most recently served as the CFO at Kony, Inc., a cloud-based digital banking application and low-code platform solutions company.
Prior to joining Kony, Ms. Crusco served as executive vice president, COO and CFO at Epicor Software Corporation. Before that, Ms. Crusco held positions of increasing responsibility at Polycom, Documentum, Inc., Adaptec, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
