– UK, London – Chill Brands Group PLC (LON: CHLL | OTC: CHBRF), the international consumer packaged goods company, today announced the appointment of Callum Sommerton, previously International Brand Director to its Board of Directors as the CEO, replacing Co-CEOs Antonio Russo and Trevor Taylor who will assume other senior roles within the Company, with Mr. Russo as CCO and Mr. Taylor as COO
Both Mr. Taylor and Mr. Russo will continue to sit on the Board.

As a former legal professional with brand protection and regulatory experience, Callum Sommerton has helped to create, develop and protect major brands in multiple industries and across numerous jurisdictions. Before joining the Company in 2021, he established a digital marketing and business growth consultancy practice providing strategic direction and support to a client base of public and private companies operating within the consumer goods, luxury lifestyle, and professional services sectors. Mr. Sommerton will spend his time managing the Company’s strategy in the United States and interacting with investors, partners, and regulators in the UK.
