Ceres Power appoints Dr. Nannan Sun to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Horsham –  Ceres Power Holdings plc (LON: CWR), a global leader in fuel cell and electrochemical technology, today announced the appointment of Dr. Nannan Sun to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 27 September 2023, replacing Qinggui Hao as the nominated representative of Weichai Power Hong Kong International Development Co. Limited.

“We welcome the addition of Dr. Sun’s substantial technical experience and fresh perspective, and we look forward to working together as we begin this next chapter of our long-standing partnership with Weichai,” said Board Chair, Warren Finegold.

About Dr. Nannan Sun

Dr. Sun is a senior engineer with a doctorate in engineering from Shandong University and is currently the Assistant President of Weichai Power and President of the Future Technology Institute of Weichai Power. Dr. Sun is responsible for product and technology research and development having joined Weichai Power in July 2015 and has served as VP of the Scientific Research Institute, the President of the Science and Technology Research Institute, and the VP of the Future Technology Research Institute.
