John Gravelle is currently a director of KP3993 Resources Inc. and was previously on the Board of Directors of several companies in the mining sector including Century Metals Inc. and Brio Gold Inc. He is a retired partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served in various leadership roles related to the mining sector including being the Global Mining Industry Leader. He is a Canadian CPA / CA with a strong financial background and is recognized as a financial expert. His public company board experience includes roles on Audit, Compensation, and Strategic Committees.
