– UK, Ossett – Carclo plc (LON: CAR) today announced the appointment of Joe Oatley as Non-Executive Chair effective from 6 November 2022, replacing Nick Sanders who stepped down from the Board.
Concurrently, current Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, Eric Hutchinson has been appointed as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 6 November 2022.
Joe Oatley said, “I am looking forward to leading the Board and working with the management team to deliver value to all of our stakeholders.”
