Burberry Group announces Carolyn McCall to the Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Burberry is pleased to announce that Carolyn McCall is to join the Board as a non-executive director and member of each of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from 1 September 2014.

Carolyn is Chief Executive Officer of easyJet plc, a position she has held since July 2010. Prior to easyJet,Carolyn held a number of roles at Guardian Media Group plc including Chief Executive from 2006 to 2010. Carolyn has also previously served as a non-executive director of Lloyds TSB, Tesco PLC and New Look plc.
