Beacon Rise Holdings plc (LON: BRS) today announced the appointment of John Parker to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 19 September 2023, succeeding Fansheng Guo who did not seek re-election at the 2023 AGM on 19 September 2023.

John Parker has significant financial and international capital markets experience, having previously led institutional equity distribution platforms and/or,, in New York and London for global investment banks Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers in addition to European banks including Santander, ING, and WestLB.
