– UK, London – Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (LON: BVT) today announced the appointment of Michael Probin to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 14 June 2021.

Mr Probin has over 30 years of experience in executive roles within the tax-efficient investment industry. He worked on Business Expansion Scheme products at AXA Sun Life Group from 1989 to 1999 and subsequently was the Director for VCT Investor Relations for Livingbridge LLP, where he gained extensive knowledge of the VCT industry.
