BAE Systems, Inc. appoints Board member Kelly Ayotte as its new Board Chair

– USA, VA –  BAE Systems, Inc. today announced the appointment of former U.S. Senator and current board member Kelly Ayotte as its new Board Chair, succeeding former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff.
