– UK, London – Ashmore Group plc (LON: ASHM) today announced the appointment of Senior Independent Director Clive Adamson as Chair of its Board of Directors effective on 21 April 2022, subject to regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority, to succeed David Bennett who will be stepping down from the Board at that date.
The company also announced that Jennifer Bingham will assume the role of Senior Independent Director from 21 April 2022, to replace Clive Adamson.
