– USA, CA – Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTCMKTS:AMNF) today announced that two of its long time board members,David Scatena and Joseph Barletta, have retired from the board of directors.
Douglas Nichols, Chairman of the Board for Armanino Foods stated, “Armanino Foods is deeply grateful to both David and Joe for their long time service. Both of them played pivotal roles in helping Armanino Foods to become the financially strong, vibrant, and successful Company that we are today. We owe a great deal of gratitude to these gentlemen.”
Nichols continued, “We are pleased to announce that effective immediately, Albert Banisch will fill one of these board vacancies. Al is a seasoned executive with extensive food industry experience. He is currently Executive Vice President, New Product Strategy & Insights, at Mattson which is an internationally recognized innovation and consulting firm in the food and beverage industry. Al holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.”
Nichols concluded, “The board will continue its search to fill the second board opening. While we will miss both David and Joe, we are also excited to bring on board new blood to help keep Armanino fresh and relevant in the food industry.”
