Mark McClain is Mark McClain, CEO, and founder of SailPoint Technologies (NYSE: SAIL), and has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years and co-founded two companies – Waveset Technologies (acquired by Sun Microsystems) and SailPoint – that have driven innovation in the identity management market. He is the author of Joy and Success At Work: Building Organizations That Don’t Suck (The Life Out Of People) and a recognized expert in building companies with employee-centered cultures.
