Zenoss adds Bill Bock to the Board of Directors

– USA, TX – Zenoss Inc., a leading provider of unified IT monitoring and service analytics for virtual, physical and cloud-based IT infrastructures, today announced the addition of Bill Bock to its board of directors.

Bill Bock is Silicon Labs’ President and Board Director. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tivoli, Mr. Bock led the company through a successful IPO and a year later, the largest software deal in history when acquired by IBM. During his tenure as the CEO of Dazel from 1997-1999, the company was acquired by Hewlett-Packard. Earlier in his career, Bock successfully completed an IPO at Convex Computer Corporation as CFO.

Bill Bock began his career with Texas Instruments and holds a BS in Computer Science from Iowa State University as well as a MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
