– JERSEY, St. Helier – XLMedia Plc (LON: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, today announced that Stuart Simms, currently Group CEO of XLMedia, has been appointed to the Board as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Stuart joined XLMedia as CEO on 2 October 2019. Prior to joining XLMedia, Stuart held several board and senior executive positions, including as CEO Rakuten Marketing, one of the world’s largest performance marketing companies.
