WildHorse Resource Development appoints Stephanie Hildebrandt to its Board as Independent Director

– USA, TX – WildHorse Resource Development Corporation (NYSE:WRD), announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Stephanie C. Hildebrandt as an independent director to the Board, effective immediately.

Ms. Hildebrandt is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Archrock, Inc. She also serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Archrock GP LLC, the managing general partner of Archrock Partners, L.P. Prior to joining Archrock in August 2017, Hildebrandt was a partner with the Houston law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright, with a practice focused on corporate governance, energy transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. from 2010 to 2014, and held various other roles at Enterprise from 2004, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Ms. Hildebrandt was an attorney for El Paso Corporation / GulfTerra Energy Partners from 2001 until its merger with Enterprise in 2004 and an attorney for Texaco, Inc. from 1989 to 2001. Currently, she serves as a director for Rice Midstream Management LLC, the general partner of Rice Midstream Partners LP and as a member of the conflicts committee.
