Webco Industries adds Catherine Wilcox to the Board of Directors

– USA, OK – Webco Industries, Inc. (OTC: WEBC), announced the appointment of Catherine Wilcox as a member of Webco’s Board of Directors. Ms. Wilcox’s appointment by the Board brings the number of outside members to three and the total members to six.

She earned a law degree from the University of Tulsa and has practiced in the private sector, in the courts, and recently served as general counsel for a large corporation for fifteen years. Over the course of her career, Ms. Wilcox has also served on the board of numerous not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Wilcox’s experiences in her career make her a valuable addition to our Board, adding knowledge in risk management, human resources and governance.”
