Ms. Goode brings more than 35 years of diverse and distinguished experience to the Board. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Brocade Communications, a 6,000-person workforce spanning 40 countries. As Brocade’s CHRO, Ms. Goode was instrumental in leading global, cross-functional teams through significant change, including seven acquisitions and eight divestitures.
“As we look to build upon our leadership position and provide more employers and their employees with our comprehensive product portfolio, Carol’s experience with large global Fortune 100 organizations will be invaluable to infusing new energy into our efforts,” said President and CEO Edgar Montes.
Prior to Brocade, she served as the Vice President of HR for Nortel’s Product Development Group, where she grew the department from 800 to 3,000 team members in less than one year. Ms. Goode also held various HR leadership roles at OR Technology, Inc., Seagate Technology, DataQuest/Dun & Bradstreet and PPG Industries.

Carol Goode currently serves as a human capital consultant and is an accomplished speaker and published author. Ms. Goode also co-authored three scientific research publications and holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a BS in Biology.
