– AUSTRALIA- Voyager Resources Limited (ASX:VOR) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Nick von Schirnding as a non-executive director of the Company.
Mr von Schirnding has a wealth of mining industry experience under his belt, having worked in the industry for over 25 years. During his highly regarded career, Mr von Schirnding has held various senior management roles at Anglo American plc, De Beers and most recently as CEO of Asia Resource Minerals PLC and also deputy chairman of Berau Coal.
The Company believes Mr von Schirnding has a unique and valuable skill set that is clearly aligned with the Company’s asset suite and as such is delighted to welcome him to the Board.
