– CANADA, ON – VersaBank (TSX:VB) today announced that Gabrielle Bochynek will stand for election to the Board of Directors of the Bank at its upcoming Annual General Meeting, being held on April 24, 2019. Ms. Bochynek brings to the Board a wealth of knowledge and experience in the human resources profession.

I am very pleased Ms. Bochynek has agreed to stand for election to our Board. VersaBank also wishes to announce Arnold Hillier will retire and not seek re-election at the AGM. Mr. Hillier served faithfully on the VersaBank board for over 16 years and has made a significant contribution to the Bank’s success over the years.
