– UK, London – Uranium Resources PLC (AIM:URA), announces that with immediate effect Mark Purits, Non-Executive Chairman, has resigned from the board of directors for personal reasons. With the full support of the Board, Alex Gostevskikh, the Company’s Managing Director, has been appointed as Executive Chairman. The Company would like to thank Mark for his significant contribution to Uranium Resources over the past couple of years and wishes him well for the future.
