– UK, London – U and I Group PLC (LSE:UAI), the mixed-use property regeneration specialist, today announces the appointment of Ros Kerslake OBE as Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration, Audit and Risk, and Nomination Committees with effect from 1 September 2017.
Ros has over 10 years of board level experience having held a number of non-executive and CEO positions in the regeneration and real estate sectors. Ros was CEO of RegenCo URC, The Prince’s Regeneration Trust and is currently CEO of the Heritage Lottery Fund. In addition to her successful CEO credentials Ros Kerslake has held Non-Executive Director positons at Quintain Estates and Development Plc, Black Country Housing Association, Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation and The Heritage Alliance.
Ros joins U+I at a time of strong performance and good pipeline visibility for the business. U+I’s strategy of targeting a 12% post-tax return to shareholders is progressing well with £65m – £70m of development and trading gains forecast to be delivered in FY2018 and visibility on more than £150m of development and trading gains in the next three years from existing projects alone.
