Tyman announces Nicky Hartery to its Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director and upcoming Chairman

– UK, London –  Tyman plc (LON: TYMN) today announced the appointment of Nicky Hartery to its Board as Non-Executive Director effective on 1 October 2020, succeeding Martin Towers as Chair of Tyman plc on 1 December 2020.

Nicky brings a wealth of corporate and commercial expertise to the Board, as well as his very relevant sector and international experience. Nicky will also become Chair of the Nominations Committee and be a member of the Remuneration Committee. Martin will retire from the Board on 30 November 2020.

Nicky is currently Chair of Musgrave Group, a Non-Executive Director of Finning International and Chairman of Horse Racing Ireland.
